Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from New Age Leather, Books, and Jewelry to be straightforward. This page explains what to expect before and after you place an order.

Before you order

U.S. shipping only: We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping cost: Economy shipping is $4.90 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more.
Secure checkout: Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@newageleatherbooksandjewelry.com and include your order number.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate requests before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Shipping and tracking

Shipping method: Economy shipping is available for U.S. orders. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping.
Delivery estimates: Carrier estimates are provided when available and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking: When tracking is available, tracking details are provided after the order ships.
Shipping address: Please review your address carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.

If a package is delayed or appears lost

Carrier scans and delivery estimates can occasionally be delayed. If tracking has stopped updating or a shipment appears lost, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment information and determine the appropriate next step.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package

First check around the delivery location, with other members of the household, nearby secure delivery areas, and with the carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number so we can help review the shipment details.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging when applicable.
Proof of purchase: Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Start the return first: Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions after the request is reviewed.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and items specifically marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is generally to return the original eligible item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to issue the refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.

Payment and account safety

We will never ask you to send a full credit card number, card security code, or account password by email. Payments should be completed only through the store’s Shopify checkout.
