Shipping

  • Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping rates: Shipping rates and available options are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and may vary by location.
  • Tracking: If available for your order, tracking information will be sent after your order ships.
  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition.

  • Eligible items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable (unless required by law).
  • Exchanges: If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
